FEES 

Mr. Laturno's billing rate is $350.00 per hour.  An administrative fee to AAA of $75.00 is required from each party.  (The administrative fee does not apply to San Diego Superior Court ordered mediations.) 

Payment is required prior to the mediation.  Funds can be wired to my business checking account, or

MEDIATION BRIEFS

Mediation briefs are not required; however, it is helpful to at least know the facts prior to the mediation.  If you submit a brief, please limit the document to no more than ten pages and email to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .  If you need to submit exhibits, please highlight the sections that are pertinent.  Lastly, parties and counsel should exchange briefs.
